Yes, the accepted papers, after due presentation (oral or poster) only, are to be published through the IEEE Explore.

Review Process

  • The paper submission shall be through CMT Portal.
  • At least three independent reviewers will review the paper. The review will be double blind peer review process.
  • A maximum of 5-6 papers would be assigned to a single reviewer.
  • On the basis of the reviews received, technical program chair will send the final notification of the acceptance /rejection of the paper.
  • In case of any contradictory views of reviewers, The TPC chair would invite one more review of the paper to take the decision the paper.
  • All the review reports will be submitted to the IEEE as soon as they will be become available (after the notification of acceptance).
  • Plagiarism will be checked through Turnitin plagiarism software.

Technical Program Committee (TPC) is responsible for peer review process. This is listed on the website of conference.

Review Plan

  • We follow double blind peer review system and carry out two rounds of review process.
  • Firstly, the technical program chair will assign the papers to the technical program committee members to check the plagiarism, scope and relevancy of the paper to the themes of the conference.
  • The plagiarism will strictly be check at the initial stage upon submission, the papers which will have below 10% similarity index by Turnitin plagiarism software would be further processed for the technical review.
  • If the paper is found suitable, paper will undergo for a second round of the review process by at-least three reviewers. The technical program chair will assign the papers to the reviewers according to their expertise to check the originality, novelty, clarity, relevance and research contribution.
  • Technical program chair will send the notification of the acceptance or rejection depending upon the reviewers reports. If the reviewers suggest any modifications to improve the quality of the paper, the paper will be send to the authors to incorporate the suggestions of the reviewers.
  • The TPC chair will send the final notification of the acceptance to the authors.

Estimated number of papers to be submitted: 700-850

(We are expecting higher number of submissions; we will get the approval from IEEE for publication. Moreover, we have collected a good database of targeted researchers for better publicity for the call for paper of the conference this time).

We are estimating acceptance rate of 15 % for 2025.
